The greyspace mission is to help in house Global CRE teams achieve success. Some things require that in house experience, delicately managing and understanding internal stakeholders, cross multiple skill lines or are smaller pieces of work that conventional service providers are not geared up to deliver.
This is the greyspace, Its about being able to fill a gap and pivot to where gaps appear. From internal documentation clean ups, site assessments, shepherding key internal initiatives or helping assess new locations, we’re confident we can help or connect you to local subject matter experts.

Most projects never sit solely into one area of expertise, creating challenges to bringing in the right resources to turn vision into strategy and set up all stakeholders up for success. That’s where we operate differently to other consultants and service providers.
Where we can help
We are not brokers and we are not an outsourcing provider which gives us the unique position to give truly independent advice. We specialise in being able to provide flexible support getting lots of small things done quickly without the need for ramping up multiple suppliers and contracts.
