We operate best in the ``Greyspace`` in the center of the diagram and work with your internal parters (the orange section) in a style and language that resonates with their priorities and focus. This is where the foundations of any plan are set and are usually the keys to success. It’s best to get these things right before committing or appointing specific service providers in country. If you do not have existing service providers we are able to conduct ‘anonymous’ capability assessments and leverage our personal network to assess recent real life performance in country.

Where we operate

We are predominately focused on US companies with global footprints across EMEA and APAC. We can accommodate US timings but have resources focused in the UK and Singapore who are able to work with partners and teams out in region. This also means that if you need a quick turnaround and ask for something at 5pm, it can often be turned around by 9am the following day.

Our entities around the world

We have three main entities – US, UK and Singapore so our entity can bill your local entity to avoid any cross border withholding taxes or issues with your procurement or finance teams. Depending on circumstances we can also arrange for both goods and services to be billed by partner entities in other countries including India and China.

Size of our team

As a newly formed company we are a very small team ready to give you a personalized service. While our direct team today is small we have a personal network of resources available around the world ready to step in should the need arise.

How quick we can get started

As a small company we can probably get started quicker than most, we are flexible in most areas. We’re happy to take a pragmatic view on terms and conditions, payment terms and pre-requisites from your company to ensure there are no overzealous redlining of onboarding formalities.
